Owner's Guide
Monkeyish in looks and behaviour, Affenpinschers are wilful, stubborn and independent. They are lively and inquisitive, and have strong hunting instincts. They are reserved with strangers and make good little watchdogs.
Originally bred to catch rats and mice, later to be ladies' companions.
