Owner's Guide

Independent and sometimes a bit stubborn, Dandie Dinmont Terriers are loyal and affectionate to their owners, but reserved with strangers. Courageous and easily aroused, they require plenty of socialization when young.

Originally bred to dig out and kill foxes, weasels, badgers and rats.
