Clean and cat-like, the Finnish Spitz is an eager, energetic, independent companion for vigorous walks. Active and curious, they are alert and very vocal and make good watchdogs.
Originally bred for flushing birds, squirrels and martens into trees then barking continually while waiting for the hunter.
