Owner's Guide

Great Danes are large and exuberant. They tend be clumsy and may knock delicate things flying. Usually they are gentle giants, but care should be taken to train and socialize them early as bad behaviour can be very dangerous in a dog of this size.

Originally bred: to hunt large game.
